Adding "Atlas Maker" window

Being that we primarily use Retro Sketch to develop artwork for our games, we wanted a way to simply create single-image atlases with multiple animations packed into them. You can access the new Atlas Maker window from the File menu. If you'd like to learn how to use the Atlas Maker window, please review the documentation on our website.

- Fixed an issue that sometimes made some UI tool images blurry
- Fixed an issue with track names not loading properly
