Improvement to Atlas Maker

I like to make each of my separate animations on their own track, so to make things easier I added a new "Add all" button on each track to make it easy to pick all canvases for the animation clip.

• Adding new "Add all" button to Atlas Maker track name
• Added correct version number to project setup screen

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where when a new timeline track is created and you select it to start painting, the paint wasn't visible unless you changed canvases and came back
