Adding auto save feature

• Added auto saving (see settings to enable it)
• Added keyboard "Escape" key to close some floating windows

• Migrated app data to correct subfolder
• Fixed an issue with the export window showing the wrong size on scaling
• Fixed an issue with project settings upgrading to new versions
• Fixed an issue with undo on Shift+Click using brush to make lines
